What a fantastic time I spent with the group. I was still full of energy in the days that followed.
I enthusiastically told people about the wonderful micro-world of moss, the sparkle in a drop hanging from a branch, the winter light.
The writing exercises brought creative associations that I really enjoyed and were also insightful.
When “life returned to normal” and the energetic feeling faded, I missed it. As children often say, “again, please”.
